FOR POSTING as UFT366: Principles of ECE Volume 2 (PECE2)

Many thanks to Horst Eckardt for collating and preparing this version. It looks very good, the graphics are clearly and vividly prepared and there is a high level of accuracy in the typesetting. From volume one I know that the publication standard of the hardback will also be high, using colour printing. There was record high interest in ECE2 in July 2017, so the publication of this volume will be timely. Ulrich Bruchholtz’s theory is also important and interesting, in that it goes well beyond the standard model and predicts elementary particle masses. Congratulations and thanks to all concerned!

I have now completed my parts of the PECE2 book and will continue with the notes of UFT 384 first.
I still have to check Doug’s part of chapter 2, and Steve’s chapter is still missing.
