Subject: Parity Violating Zeeman Effect in Diatomic Molecules
| These effects are routinely observed, for example by the deMille group in at Yale, thus confirming one aspect of the new electroweak theory beginning to be developed now. I have received no objections to the fact that the GWS electroweak theory contains fundamental errors and so must be discarded. There will also be parity violating ESR, NMR and so on. In general the standard model proponents have been unable to answer any of the recent refutations by AIAS. Trolling the internet is a pathetic admission of total intellectual failure. Perhaps this is why students are so reluctant to take up physics. Natural philosophy ought to be the study of nature and in itself is an interesting subject, but expending billions on something that does not exist is not anything at all. The criminal activities of internet trolls of standard physics have put off young minds for ever, so the students are effectively telling them that they are not scientists. Standard physics is also a terribly obscure, ultra specialist subject, while ECE physics is far simpler and clearer, being based on a well known geometry and being constantly checked and cross checked with computer algebra. The refereeing system of standard physics has failed, it did not pick up numerous errors that AIAS has uncovered.

Subject: 225(3): Basics of the New Electroweak Theory
| This note discusses the basics of a new electroweak theory using the fermion equation, one in which the weak nuclear field will have an effect on Zeeman splitting, ESR, NMR, MRI, FMR, spin orbit coupling, Thomas precession and the Darwin effect. The fermion equation can also be used to build a new theory of particle interactions. My feeling about the Higgs boson is that it “had to be discovered”, whether it exists or not. This makes nonsense out of physics in my opinion and in that of the great majority of underfunded physicists, chemists and engineers. The standard Higgs type theory is about fifty years old and completely obsolete because of advances in the U(1) sector, notably my discovery of the B(3) field in 1992 at Cornell, and also B(3) type theory by other groups, notably Horwitz et al, Barrett, Lehnert et al, Harmuth et al., and others. My discovery of the B(3) field was sooner or later going to bring the standard model to an end, so it was irrationally opposed in some of the worst behaviour science has ever seen.

| I phoned the excel (i.e.well regarded) Smith Llewelyn Solicitors on 01792 464444 about Mynydd Bettws, 18 Princess Way, Swansea SA1 3LW, and they will look at the statement of claim. They accept legal aid provided the plaintiff qualifies. The rules on legal aid are on the government website and I have studied them. Only some firms of solicitors consider legal aid. Glyn Morgan and I agreed to wait a while before filing an injunction against Mynydd y Gwair, where another fierce battle is brewing with very heavy opposition. Bettws caved in because of some farmers chasing subsidies and a terrible mess has been made of the landscape, a horrendous and illegal destruction of all that is worth keeping.

I talked with Glyn Morgan today on the phone (07970 438887) about an injunction against Bettws on the basis of the attached. Lord Carlisle Q. C. (Arglwydd Caerliwelydd) has agreed to take on the case, which is a Section 41 Injunction to have Bettws demolished, provided he is instructed by a good solicitor. Lord Carlisle thought that the attached is an ingenious statement of claim, but there is going to be a hard legal battle. That is what we must expect but we must try. I am currently looking for a solicitor and will start phoning them today. There were reports that the multi billionaire Grenville Thomas had donated about ten thousand pounds to SOCME, but Glyn Morgan said that he had not donated more than anyone else. Do you have an e mail address for Grenville Thomas? So we hope to go ahead as soon as possible with a plaintiff who qualifies for legal aid. This plaintiff does not have to live in the Bettws area. If you know of any good solicitor who has fought Mynydd y Gwair please let us know whether he can assess the attached statement of claim and whether he can instruct Lord Carlisle, a Liberal Peer who has started a British campaign against wind turbines. Lord Carlisle Q. C. has already advised that the attached is ingenious, and we need a solicitor to instruct Lord Carlisle as barrister. Glyn Morgan is a fluent Welsh speaker and I discussed this matter with him in Welsh. It is worth fighting Bettws to the bitter end, even though they have started construction, it can be demolished under Section 41 of the 2006 Act, thus setting a very important legal precedent, adding to the Hemsby precedent that local opinion is paramount and cannot be ignored.

| This is a check of note 224(8), resulting in the same result, eq. (9) of note 224(8). I suggest that a manual check can be made by others interested, it is just O level matrix algebra. The claim of GWS theory is eq. (2) of this note, and this bears no resemblence at all to the correct result, eq. (1) of this note. So GWS theory is rejected, and the Nobel Prize awarded for it is also rejected on the grounds of incorrect algebra. This means that the Higgs theory collapses completely, because both its U(1) and U(1)xSU(2) electroweak sectors are in ruins. The Higgs boson is a fantasy and a waste of everyone’s time. I think that AIAS should further criticise the GWS theory by trying to get to the root of the justification, if any, of the Weinberg angle. To me it appears to be completely arbitrary. There is no way in which GWS theory could have “predicted” anything. We at AIAS often find that the much vaunted standard model collapses under scholarly scrutiny. If anyone finds a different algebraic result to eq. (1) of this note, please let me know. Finally what about all those referees’ “reports” and all those citations? They all cited incorrect alegbra. At AIAS we referee our work rigorously, computer algebra being the best referee.

Subject: Computer Checks of GWS Theory
| Many thanks indeed for this check, and all the work put into it. It looks as if there is one sign different in one term between the hand calculations and the computer calculations for eq. (8) of note 224(8). It should be easy to find the sign slip and I will go through my hand calculations again tomorrow (page 2 of note 224(8)). The hand calculations on page 2 are just elementary matrix calculations. There is no way in which the result claimed by GWS electroweak theory is going to emerge. The covariant derivatives in eq. (5) of note 224(8) are defined in the same way as Ryder. His own definitions are put into his own eq. (3), and his own result does not emerge. Eq. (14) of note 224(8) is exactly the equation given by Ryder, and again his algebra is wrong using his own definitions. This has now been checked by Dr Horst Eckardt’s computer algebra. The Weinberg angle is introduced out of the blue in Ryder. I think that AIAS should keep criticising and probing this weak point of GWS, because a Nobel Prize seems to have been given for a mistake. Not for the first time in human history.

Again the signs of the terms differ with (14). Can it be that the
definition of D sub mu Phi is incorrect? There is a sign difference to
the analogue definition (6).

| I observed a biker vandal – white youth, white helmet, proceeding illegally at high speed up to the Gelliwastad ecology from Rhyddwen Road to Rhyddwen Place, past Ty Coch. This is a well known route from Craig Felen, past Banwen and back again. All totally illegal on public roads. They have been breaking the law at will for many years. Gates and fencing as I suggested would have stopped him. I think that legislation is needed to ban all off road motor cycling and to crush all off road bikes throughout Britain. There is plenty of circumstantial evidence to have these criminals put on trial, not just given a mild warning which they hold in total contempt. Similarly for horse vandals. The international community of scientists protests very strongly at this destruction of a 100% protected ecology.

Subject: Bikers on Gelliwastad Now
| To Sergeant Pritchard: Biker vandals are on Gelliwastad now, I heard them going up there. Your 999 is too slow to respond and ineffective, so I will go out after them and report back any observation. I was asked to e mail your unit. The Councils have failed to install any counter measures of any kind in many years. As usual the vandals drive on teh road (i.e. right past my house) without number plates, tax, and insurance and endanger the lives of the elderly and very young by multiple offences, ranging from driving without due care and attention to reckless driving to common assault to grievous bodily harm. They greatly damage the 100% protected ecology and all of this is without doubt the fault of the Councils, not the police. Beaufort does nothing at all to stop them, neither do politicians, so it is left up to me as a newly created Armiger, or Squire. If I had any powers I would take effective measures almost immediately – fencing, gating and surveillance, and arming the police with tazers, crushing and banning all the bikes, and long prison sentences with labour.
