This is the final form of note 313(6) and the final format of the Jacobi Cartan Evans (JCE) identity is Eq, (7). It is seen that three terms are added to the 1902 second Bianchi identity, proving in another way that Einsteinian general relativity is irretrievably incorrect. The Jacobi identity produces the Cartan identity, First Evans identity and the JCE identity simultaneously. The choice of symmetric connection cannot be made, because this results in a null commutator, null curvature and null torsion, and no gravitation at all.
