I understand that I have been given permission by Jeff Rense and Michael Jackson to post this edited version of the radio interview on my blog on www.aisa.us and if asked I have agreed to an hour interview. Michael Jackson did well in presenting the ECE theory. Jeff Rense asked for a book I may have written on the topic. Before reading the books it is best to listen to some of the hundred broadcasts by Robert Cheshire of my essays on www.aias.us. These do not have any equations and have been heard intensely around the world for about four years. The books are all listed on the home page of www.aias.us. My autobiography volumes one and two are available above my coat of arms on www.aias.us and I am listed in thirty one editions of Marquis Who’s Who in America, World, Science and Engineering. I have produced over a thousand books, reviews and papers in my career, all in Google Scholar, many translated into Spanish by Alex Hill, and I am a Civil List Pensioner appointed by the Prime Minister on behalf of Queen Elizabeth, naturalized a U. S. dual Citizen at Cornell in 2000. The Civil List Pension is a token of personal gratitude of the British Head of State (currently Queen Elizabeth II) and the countries of Britain for distinguished service to science. It is something similar to Congressional Medal of Honor, an appointment and honour akin to the British Order of Merit and Companion of Honour. I agree that burning petroleum will lead to disaster. It is needed for petrochemicals and needs to be conserved. The Alex Hill company is producing spacetime energy devices and selling them routinely to Fortune Fifty Companies (www.et3m.net, www.upitec.org, www.atomicprecision.com, www.aias.us). The ECE theory has been read an estimated forty million times in about eleven years since inception in essentially all the best universities, institutes, government departments and large corporations in essentially all the countries of the world. We know this from very detailed feedback monitored daily over more than a decade. There are two hundred and seventy two scientific papers on the subject (UFT Section of www.aias.us). Low energy nuclear reactors are already available (LENR). The Einstein theory has actually been heavily criticised by many scholars for a hundred years. As Michael Jackson points out, one of the basic properties of all geometry, torsion, was unknown in the Einstein era (1905 – 1915), and in consequence his famous field equation is meaningless. ECE sets out to improve the Einstein theory, in its era of course it became famous, but it is deeply flawed. It collapses completely in whirlpool galaxies. This is well known to scholars. The general public does not understand the flaws in the Einstein theory. The entire ECE theory is based on the equally well known and completely accepted geometry of the great mathematician, Elie Cartan. There are currently two schools of thought, ECE and the obsolete standard physics. ECE has inferred a new source of energy from spacetime, and this energy is being used all the time as mentioned already. The unification of physics is achieved straightforwardly with Cartan geometry, and also the unification of quantum mechanics and general relativity. The B(3) and ECE theories have been nominated several times for a Nobel Prize, Wolf Prize, Milner Prize and Priestley Medal. The standard model has been influential in the award of funding, jobs and prizes but in Britain its funding has been cut by a half in the past decade becaue it is known to be riddled with errors and is widely regarded as non Baconian. Obviously it is not going to award prizes to the rival ECE theory, but many nominations come in form the ECE School. I am deeply honoured by these nominations, and I am grateful for them. Many parts of standard physics cannot be tested experimentally, because it has far too many adjustable parameters. String theory has recently fallen apart (its predictions disproved at CERN) and dark matter has been refuted experimentally. Hawking has admitted that black holes do not exist. Big Bang has been refuted many times over. So that leaves ECE as the only plausible theory of physics. You would never know this from the media. I resigned in protest from UNCC and that was twenty years ago. I was appointed Civil List Pensioner by Crown and Parliament ten years after UNCC, whch was subjected to intense international criticism. This is all posted on www.aias.us. I was naturalized a U. S. Dual Citizen five years after UNCC. Wikipedia is controlled by the rival standard physics, and it is no friend of ECE physics. Marquis on the other hand is rigorously imaprtial. It is generally regarded as the leading reference vehicle, founded by Mr. Marquis in Chicago in 1899.

This is available now as review papers UFT282 to UFT288, kindly posted by Dave Burleigh. They will immediately attract of the order of forty downloads per month for each chapter, and many readings per chapter, and are highly recommended as an introduction to ECE theory. The complete book is planned to be by M. W. Evans, H. Eckardt, D. W. Lindstrom and S. J. Crothers. There is also a new engineering textbook planned by D. W. Lindstrom, H. Eckardt and M. W. Evans. These are being made available open source and will be eventually published as books using modern publishing methods over which the dogmatists have no control. Obviously the dogmatists would try to censor the books as they have been doing, and failing, for years. It has become obvious that dogmatists dishonestly censor highest quality physics. A glance at the vast readership of ECE is enough to prove that beyond doubt. The readership is from the highest ranking universities and similar worldwide, in essentially all the countries of the world. So the dogmatists have faded over time into a tiny group of bigots which happens to have transient control over thought in establishment circles – or so they think.

I carried out this survey today from Dec 1st to Dec 25th 2014, and will tabulate the results tomorrow for distribution. It was found that every one of the 280 papers has been downloaded for study many times in these twenty five days. The most downloaded was UFT177 (237 times) and the least downloaded were UFT187 and UFT208 (11 times each). I will calculate the average number of downloads tomorrow, I guestimate it to be about thirty to forty times each. This figure will be adjusted by a factor of 31 / 25 for the entire month of December. The interest in the papers is evenly distributed over pure and applied physics and engineering. This has been the pattern for almost twelve years, (March 2003 to present). Therefore the censorship of the old dogmatists was ineffective, intellectually dishonest, unethical, and unprofessional. They attempted to censor physics of the highest quality. This was irrational, non Baconian, anthropomorphism. The UFT papers are downloaded many thousands of times every year. The number of reading sessions (“distinct visits” in computer jargon) for the combined ECE sites averages about 300,000 a year (attached feedback back to May 2002). Each reading session consists of the order of magnitude of ten readings at the very least. So these papers and other material on the site have bean read about three million times every year since May 2002 at the very least. The three relevant sites are www.aias.us, www.atomicprecision.com and www.upitec.org The latter two sites also contain the UFT papers and blog. I will also report tomorrow a survey of the papers in Spanish. The survey can be seen by this e mail listing every morning in the attachment. The latter does not appear on the blog. So this is the first time that the survey has been made public.

This intensity theory is easily tested experimentally in every day effects at any frequency and any part of the electromagnetic spectrum from sub hertzian to gamma ray. The Evans Morris shifts are found by solving Eqs. (9) and (21) simultaneously using experience and numerical techniques built up in the previous four papers, UFT278 – UFT280 and UFT289. This intensity theory immediately implies the Evans Morris effects in a monochromatic beam. It also gives Eq. (33), which shows that frequency or colour changes as a beam passes through an absorbing sample. This confirms in outline another Evans Morris effect (see numerous photographs on the diary or blog of www.aias.us). The same equation gives an explanation of the cosmological red shift without Big Bang as also pointed out by Assis (developed in UFT49) and by Evans and Morris. Big Bang is well known among Baconian scientists to be dogmatic nonsense, because it is based on the Bianchi identity without torsion (UFT88 and UFT255 for example, and the five definitive proofs). This theory for a monochromatic beam will be extended in the next note to a polychromatic beam, where the Stephan Boltzmann Law immediately implies the Evans Morris effects through I = I1 + I2. Here I, I1 and I2 are the incident, refracted and reflected intensities in ordinary reflection and refraction.This was first observed experimentally five million years ago by an early hominid – thought to have been a non Baconian string theorist looking at a puddle.

I have just send over UFT289 for posting. This numbering leaves room for UFT282 to UFT288, which are intended to be review papers – chapters from my part of “Principles of ECE”. As you know I spent a large amount of effort on this book at the instigation of Amoroso, but World Sceintific breached contract again and Amoroso seems to have disappeared. I quickly detected that Amoroso knows nothing about Cartan geometry and his motives appear to have been purely financial. Apparently he was bankrupted by Fucilla. This is the fourth or fifth time WS have breached contract in a totally illegal way. I know that the book is available in zipped format, but I wish to make it much more prominent on the site, because the zipped version is not picking up much interest. I also know that it is just my part to date. However I think that even the unfinished version is ultra important as an introductrion to the whole of ECE theory (280 papers in English, 160 papers in Spanish – 420 papers). As it is typeset the typeset version can overwrite the written version. I am extremely grateful for all your posting, and understand that posting is quite complicated. If you need any help with posting I am sure that Sean MacLachlan or Horst Eckardt will help. They both know how to post on www.aisa.us. Many thanks again in anticipation for posting UFT282 to UFT288. For a monochromatic beam the power density or intensity of the beam in watts per square metre is easily measurable experimentally and is given by the Planck distribution:

The Evans Morris frequency shifts show that I ne I1 ne I2 where

where I is the incident intensity, I1 is the reflected intensity and I2 the refracted intensity all in watts per square metre. Here:

where En is the energy density in joules per cubic metre. Classically:

where eps and mu are respectively the permittivity and pemeability of a medium in which an electromagnetic wave is propagating, E the electric feild strength and B the magnetic flux density of the electromagnetic wave. In a circularly polarized beam there is another contribution due to B(3). The Beer Lambert Law gives:

I = I0 exp ( – alpha Z)

where alpha is the power absorption coefficient of a sample or material through which the beam passes, and Z the path length. (See early Omnia Opera papers on www.aias.us).
So in this theory the Evans/ Morris frequency shifts can be related to the power absorption coefficient, through which a spectrum is measured.
In the far infra red (early Omnia Opera papers) a Michelson interferometer is used with a beam splitter which reflects one beam on to a moving mirror and refracts another on to a fixed mirror. The two beams reunite at the beam splitter and the reflected component is detected by a Golay detector after passing through a sample cell. The mirror is moved with a stepping motor and an interferogram produced. This is Fourier transformed in to a spectrum using a Cooley Tukey fast Fourier transform originally developed at the National Physical Laboratory. I1 and I2 depend on what type of beam splitter is used, and in general I1 is not equal to I2 and not equal to I. From the Planck distribution the Evans Morris effects follow, omega not equal to omega1 not equal to omega2. This was also proven mathematically in UFT280 and also in notes for UFT289.
This seems to be the most general possible theory of the Evans Morris effects so I will go on to develop these in UFT290.

This note checks the fundamental geometry of the two photon model and of the Compton effect. It is found that the two photon model is consistent. The fundamental idea is to assume that two incoming photons of the same frequency and wave vector are divided into one reflected photon and one refracted photon with conservation of energy and momentum, so:

omega + omega = omega1 + omega2

kappa + kappa = kappa1 + kappa2

The important and experimental Evans Morris effects show that omega1 is not equal to omega2 and not equal to omega in general. The old equal frequency dogma was easily refuted mathematically in UFT280 using the simplest type of vector algebra and nothing else. In a more general model

c1 omega = a omega1 + b omega2
c1 kappa = a kappa1 + b kappa2

where a, b and c1 are constants. In this model the intensities of the reflected and refracted beams are not the same, and not the same as that of the incident beam of c1 photons. So c1 photons are refracted into a photons and reflected into b photons. So there is plenty of scope for a lot of new physics. I will now proceed to write up UFT289 after consuming some turkey. Of course there is no need for Horst to check this until he has finished his holidays. There is never any hurry in AIAS.

These UFT papers support Prof. Jose Croca’s experimental findings in his first book: “Towards a Nonlinear Quantum Physics” volume twenty of M. W. Evans, series editor, “Contemporary Chemical Physics” (on google). Prof. Croca’s new book in dialogue style will appear shortly, published by Cambridge International Science Publishing, and his third book will appear open source on www.aias.us. His group has carried out many experiments which refute the Heisenberg indeterminacy principle, by up to nine orders of magnitude! The indeterminacy principle is refuted theoretically in UFT175, which has been heavily studied for five or six years. Despite this, the dogmatists still try to act as if nothing has happened, so they damage science by refusing to accept the existence of nature. However the real scientists are forging ahead and rejecting the dogmatists. So there is plenty of experimental evidence against indeterminacy, and none for it. Clearly, if nature is unknowable as claimed by the dogmatists, no experiment could test it. Indeterminacy is therefore diametrically opposed to Baconian science. Prof. Croca’s supervisor Prof, J. L. Andrade e Silva, was a student of Louis de Broglie, and they developed their own interpretation of measurement. At the 1927 Solvay Conference physics was split into the Einstein de Broglie School, of which AIAS is an intellectual descendant, and the Copenhagen School, which became the “standard” model so called. The latter has been refuted in many ways by AIAS, and has been unable to reply in any scientific manner. The standard physics had been routed intellectually in two hundred and eighty UFT papers, many books, and many articles. It was routed intellectually by both Einstein and de Broglie. Vigier, in a private conversation, mentioned me in his earnest manner that de Broglie was “shouted down” by Heisenberg at the Solvay Conference. This probably means that Heisenberg lost his temper and in so doing conceded scientific defeat automatically. Prince Louis de Broglie was a quiet man by nature, descended from the dei Medici of Florence. I had just been shouted down by UNCC, which was condemned by Vigier publicly, and by many others.
