Subject: Brief Review of UFT158 ff.

The fundamental problem revealed for the first time in scientific history in UFT158 ff is that the relativistic theory of particle scattering is wildly self inconsistent. QED and string theory will not cure this problem, but R theory, a sub theory of ECE theory, looks promising The powerful open source methods developed by AIAS mean that these facts are well known and completely accepted in the best universities, irrespective of any claims made by large establishments such as CERN. Notably, CERN’s claim to have observed a “Higgs boson” cannot be correct. In UFT159 ff. extensive use was made of computer algebra, so there is no doubt about the algebraic correctness of those papers, and indeed all the UFT papers. Computer algebra is very useful because it leaves the scientist free to concentrate on fundamental concepts and not worry about tedious calculations. Volume two of my autobiography in the blue box on the home page of www.aias.us, and on the blog, is a useful review of all my papers as well as a critical history of the weaknesses I found in the University of Wales,which in reality was a university in Wales run by outsiders, with disastrous consequences. The AIAS represents the true university of Wales. It must be remembered that I am a member of the UW, and its most senior Scientiae Doctor. So trying to “lock out” native scholars of Wales does not work. There are supposed to be human rights laws against this type of prejudice,known as “equality of opportunity”. Of course there are good universities, I happened to have run into some of the worst departments, run by people who had no interest in Wales. Autobiography volume two makes that entirely obvious, so we must learn from history.

Many thanks, yes the original x has a minus sign, and these graphs are full of interest. My next step is to consider the well known Debye correction of the Einstein theory, and to develop the Debye theory with R theory. In this way R theory can be applied to thermodynamics and black body radiation.

I think x reads correctly (with a minus sign in the exponent):

x = exp( – hbar omega / (k T)).

Attached is the computer output. Eq. 17 can even be solved analytically, but the special logarithmic function li[n] is not defined in Maxima for n>3. Therefore I did a numerical integration which is quite stable. The integrand dU^2/domega is shown in the first plot and is of well known form. the integral is dependent on T and is shown in the second graph as a function of T. Because the area below the integrand increases wit T, U^2 raises accordingly. The square root of this, U, is larger than U^2 because the numerical values are below 1.

Final Version of Note 243(5)

This is the final version of note 243(5) checked by co author Horst Eckardt as usual. The capacity of mean curvature has the S.I. units of inverse metres squared per Kelvin, and is given in Eq. (11). In eqs. (14) to (17) there is a pi squared in the denominator. As shown in my third year undergraduate notes ESR and NMR course, the mean square width of ESR and NMR is a distribution of type (2). These results are given by the new R theory of particle interactions, now well studied worldwide. To double check, the capacity of mean curvature is:

C sub V (R) = 3N h bar omega cubed / (k T squared c squared) (x / (1 – x) squared)

where

x = h bar omega / (k T)

This is dimensionally correct because the reduced Planck constant has the units of J s, the Boltzmann constant has the units of J / K and omega has the units of inverse seconds.
