Subject: Invitation to Bernhard Foltz

I would like to invite Bernhard Foltz to become a Fellow of AIAS. I am very impressed by the animation of the whirlpool galaxy and would be keen to see more animations of selected orbits, for example the orbits

r = alpha / (1 +epsilon cos (x theta))

where x is varied over a range. I gave the mathematics and suggested algorithm for this in UFT238. We discovered fractal and petal orbits as x is increased, and it would be very interesting to know how the orbital velocity behaves for these fractal orbits. There are many animations that could help understanding of ECE theory. All of these would of course be generated from the equations of motion.
