This note defines the conservation of energy and momentum in the Minkowski cosmology. This Minkowski method was also used in note 232(2) to describe LENR. The Minkowski and Newtonian forces are defined in preparation for an analysis of the type given in UFT196.

234(1): EGR versus the True Precessing Ellipse

Subject: 234(1): EGR versus the True Precessing Ellipse

EGR has an analytical solution for the orbit, eq. (5), in terms of one of the Jacobi elliptic functions, and an analytical solution (12) for the precession. The latter has at least three singularities and is therefore unphysical. A computer can easily evaluate eq. (12), and it will be wildly different from the true result (15), which contains no singularities. EGR is always “tested” with precessions that are so tiny that any theory can produce them,as explained in UFT232. EGR fails completely for galaxies. The reference here is Wikipedia “Schwarzschild geodesics”. A program that has code for the Jacobi elliptic functions can be used to give the orbit from eq. (5) as a function of u sub 3 and delta, both of which are unknown in general. The orbit from the true ellipse is always known in terms of one parameter 2 pi (x – 1) that is easily found experimentally, being simply the observed precession in radians per second in SI units, or in the habitual arc seconds per century for a planet such as Mercury. The true ellipse is correct and preferred by Ockham’s Razor. It becomes very obvious to all but the dogmatists that EGR explains nothing at all. This note uses their own ineluctable vessel of wisdom, wikipedia.

FOR POSTING: UFT233, Sections 1 – 3 and Notes

This is UFT233 which introduces a radically new theory of all orbits in terms of the Minkowski metric, and proves that this theory is preferred to general relativity by Ockham’s Razor. It is shown that the Crothers General Relativity (CGR) reduces to this theory in a given limit. CGR is well known to be the only correct theory of metric based general relativity. This new Minkowski type theory does not produce incorrect results such as big bang and black holes or dark matter. Big bang has been refuted many times by many people since it was proposed, about fifty years ago, and is not science, or natural philosophy. It is pure mathematics that leads to orbits with singularities, propagandist mathematics made into dogma. In this new theory, all orbits are described and classified simply and elegantly with the ratio of relativistic linear to angular momentum. This new theory is also preferred to the Newtonian theory by Ockham’s Razor, and by the fact that it is correctly relativistic. As usual a valuable section with graphics will be added by co author Horst Eckardt, who checked all my hand calculations with computer algebra. As usual also this paper should be read with its background notes. Each UFT paper has many pages of background notes.

Plot for 233(6)

Many thanks again, this is a new way of classifying all orbits, and it looks most interesting. Each orbit is classified by the ratio of linear to angular momentum. I will proceed to write up my sections of UFT233 in cooperation as usual with co author Horst Eckardt.

The function p/L is defined between r_min and r_max. A plot for alpha=1, epsilon=0.5 shows its x dependence. For small x and x about 1 it is monotonous while there is a buldge for extremely large x which may be characteristic for some galaxies. This could be connected with the velocity curve of galaxies.

Remarks on UFT233

Subject: Remarks on UFT233

The description of orbits from the Minkowski metric is general relativity in the sense that the invariant is m c squared, and that the potential energy is subsumed into the metric. This is the philosophy introduced by Einstein, a part of his work that remains valid. In ordinary special relativity the hamiltonian is E + V, and E is derived from the motion of a particle in a straight line. As soon as plane polar coordinates are used however, the orbit can be defined without the use of V. The latter can be reintroduced if desired in order to obtain the familiar Newtonian equations, as a matter of habit only. UFT196 expands on these remarks and it would be helpful to read UFT233 and UFT196 together and UFT196 heavily criticises the concepts of Newtonian dynamics, in fact the dynamics of Robert Hooke developed by Isaac Newton.

Many thanks, all well here. I will study this link and for UFT234 return to the subject of LENR and a few more essays.

Dr. Evans, hope you are well. This link is to a long document that may contain useful data. I hope this is additive to your ongoing efforts. I got this link from the MFMP blog; they are apparently getting close to confirming reproduction of the Celani results.
