Many thanks and bull’s eye. This is indeed the most important thing to any artist. All the Professors and Fellows of AIAS can share in the kudos entirely. This is the result of shaking free from the dead hands of dogma and censorship. I will go on now to analyze the quality of the interest in some more ways by taking the university visits for January 2015 and noting the world ranking of each university in Webometrics and THES. Finally I will add these analyses to the collected scientometrics (UFT307). Another very important thing is that this entire output is archived for future generations at the British Library from the National Library of Wales, and many thanks to the National Library of Wales back at where it all begun – Aberystwyth. The British Library Archives of www.aias.us are found on www.webarchive.org.uk , Science and Technology, AIAS. I encourage the AIAS Professors and Fellows, and others of the vast readership and following of ECE theory and AIAS to analyze the attached collected scientometrics. Every method of analysis will show that ECE is an internationally accepted theory of natural philosophy that essentially refutes the standard model. For example, looking at today's daily report for the first 23 days of February there are data on some selected items. I report these every early morning GMT. There are on average 365 / 12 = 30.42 days per month, so to get an idea of the data for the average month we multiply by 1.323 = 30.42 / 23. We then multiply by 12 to get an idea of the number of readings per year (365 days) of a very small selection of the three thousand or so items on www.aias.us. The results are the number of readings per year for each item, and show beyond doubt an intense interest in all aspects of the work of AIAS and my own personal output. For example:

1) My Autobiography Volumes One and Two, (Auto1, Auto2): 8,880 readings a year at present.
2) Chapter Three in Spanish of Laurence Felker, “The Evans Equations of Unified Field Theory” (F3(Sp)) translated by Alex Hill: 8,520 readings a year at present.
3) The Evans / Morris papers (UFT279, 280, 289 – 291, 300, 304, 306): 3,792 readings a year at present.

So it becomes clear that no one believes a word of the bad parts of standard physics such as big bang, Higgs boson, and all that rubbish. There are still some good parts of course, notably the Schroedinger equation and the chiral Dirac equation (the ECE fermion equation). My two books of poetry are probably being read as much or more as a book by a great poet such as R. S. Thomas, who wrote in the minimalist style that he made famous, and only in English. I am a poet in my own style and don’t want to compare myself vainly with RST. I am recording objective data. I am pleased to be able to write in my own native language, British Celtic (or “Welsh” as it is miscalled) and also the international language, English. These are important details from Gareth, and zero photon mass is rubbish. When I was spending some time at the EDCL back from Oxford I used to sleep on the floor of Room 262 with flashing HP16 lights and the noise of the pump used to evacuate the interferometer’s optics. At that time the sample cell was placed outside the optics, and a polymeric lens used to focus teh radiation into the cell. On the far side of the cell was the Golay pneumatic detector with a black polyethylene filter over its window.

Frequency dependent photon mass! How more wrong could Einstein’s zero photon mass have been? It will be surprising if quantum mechanics stands up to the tests you have set for this reason alone.

One comment on your test experimental set up-it is very important that the emergent beam from the sample cell passes through vacuum right to the point of detection. Otherwise there will be more frequency shifts (and the splitting may even be lost). We always used to evacuate our far infrared spectrometer.

In the gas state, for fairly inert gases, it might be possible to use the interferometer as the sample cell providing the desired path length is achievable (that is, filling the interferometer itself with the gas under study). This would also avoid any possibility of any additional unwanted frequency shifts etc.

Many thanks, this is an excellently composed section as always, and is an interesting illustration of the Evans Morris shifts in the Debye theory of relaxation. This is a broad band theory in contrast with the atomic spectrum of H or the pure rotational spectrum of a diatomic discussed in notes 308 to date. To finish UFT308 I will discuss the Evans Morris effects in simple vibrational spectrum, the Hooke law harmonic oscillator (see my third year undergraduate notes, 1970 – 1971, in the autobiographical archives on www.aias.us). According to the quantum theory the Evans / Morris red shifts exist in all absorption spectra. The splittings occur in well defined types of atomic spectra and they should be investigated experimentally. I think that all are agreed that this is a severe, historically unprecedented, test of the quantum theory. The Evans / Morris papers are already being read at the rate of about three thousand times a year in English and Spanish. This subject was initated only a few months ago following the important experimental discoveries of Gareth Evans and Trevor Morris (many data on the blog of www.aias.us).

The velocity curve of a whirlpool galaxy is definitive experimental evidence that the Einstein theory is totally wrong. It produces a velocity curve that goes to zero (UFT288, Eq. (110)) instead of a constant, whereas ECE theory gives the right velocity curve. Instead of accepting this the dogmatists have simply rolled out the incorrect Einstein theory in the solar system and have turned a blind eye to the complete incorrectness of the theory in a whirlpool galaxy. The ECE theory neatly explains both sets of data without introducing the absurdity of “dark matter”.

This is given in full detail in UFT99, which has been read several thousand times without objection. It is universally accepted that the first and second Bianchi identities are as in UFT88 and UFT255 Eqs. (105) and (106), and must include torsion. This is because Eqs. (105) and (106) are based directly in Cartan geometry. In the Einsteinian general relativity the torsion is incorrectly missing. In UFT99 the fundamentally important first and second structure equations of Cartan are derived from the commutator. This is a well known method given in Carroll chapter three, but UFT99 gives a lot more detail. The commutator acts on any tensor in any space of any dimension to produce the two structure equations simultaneously. Torsion is always non zero so the Einstein method fails immediately. The only recourse open to the dogmatists is to assert that torsion is zero knowing full well that in general it is not zero. This means that the commutator indices mu and nu are made equal in order to force the torsion to zero by forcing the connection to be symmetric. This quick fix fails immediately because it results in a null commutator, so if torsion is zero so is curvature, and there is no gravitation at all. Please see definitive proofs one to five on www.aias.us The attached shows that this reasoning has been overwhelmingly accepted. It is very unfortunate that dogmatism such as Big Bang is still being fed irresponsibly to the general public. It does science a lot of harm. The truth can be seen from the attached, staff and students from the best universities in the world accept that the Einstein equation is meaningless.

As a US / British citizen I believe I am entitled to ask the FBI for effective action against the troll site that issued death threats against me and which has harassed the AIAS scientists. These numerous therats were recorded in evidence and were reported to the Police Commissioner in Wales but the South Wales police were completely ineffective. There are no longer any police stations open in the Swansea Valley. I was just told that here were many troll sites and that they could do nothing. This troll site and the viciously defamatory wikipedia article with which is it probably linked have had no effect at all. The scientometrics (UFT307) show that clearly. The scientometrics show conclusively that the ECE theory is being read by the best in the world (UFT307) and that the reputation of the authors of the wikipedia article is in shreds: ‘t Hooft, Rodrigues and Lakhtakia. However the troll site was quoted in a common assault against me recently, showing clearly that it can instigate violence. So I will send the list of threats to the FBI and ask if their ethical hacking techniques can be used to reveal the identity of the trolls. With a hundred million readings of ECE there is bound to be the odd nutter or two. Usually these are harmless cranks or crackpots, but occasionally one can analyse the troll site to find symptoms of psychological disturbance – delusional psychosis. The type that leads to violence. So I will point this out to the FBI.
