The result is Eq. (21) where the wavefunctions are the spherical harmonics. There are two new types of energy eigenvalue, Eq. (24) and (25). The analysis is extended to the H atom in Eq. (28), which has to be solved numerically, and which modifies the usual hydrogenic wavefunctions. Spin orbit coupling enters at a fundamental level simply by using the SU(2) or Pauli basis. This new method can also be used for particle physics and LENR, so there is a lot of new physics using the very simplest methods possible in quantum mechanics.

This paper is planned to investigate the conservation of total angular momentum in the newly discovered spectroscopies of UFT250 and UFT251. The relation of recent work to a new type of particle physics will be explained, and to LENR theory.

To Physics Nobel Prize Committee:

I agree with Axel Westrenius and with many responsible scientists who have refuted the existence of the Higgs boson, many times, in many ways, for many years. You have a policy of not corresponding with anyone about Nobel Prizes so I make this in to an open letter that will reach thousands of concerned colleagues worldwide. Axel Westrenius sent you UFT225 on www.aias.us which refutes the GWS sector of the standard model. The calculations were checked with computer algebra. The mathematics behind GWS were shown to be complete nonsense, so there have been machinations that have produced a new kind of sausage meat. In addition it is well known that Higgs did not infer the Higgs mechanism alone. His h index is only eleven and his contributions have been minor. Some other points:

1) My inference of the B(3) field in 1992 means that the photon has mass. The B(3) field developed into the ECE theory which has attracted tens of millions of readings off www.aias.us in the last decade and will continue to do so indefinitely. This means a complete rejection of standard physics. Attached for your information is an overview book of interest in ECE. It is studied by all the best universities in the world. There are now 251 UFT papers, all in Google Scholar, all of which refute the Higgs boson by implication of photon mass.

2) The Higgs mechanism is a deus ex machina intended to give mass to massless particles. This is like patching up a tyre with hot air. The particle is not massless to begin with. A massless photon results in all kinds of well known difficulties, notably the E(2) little group, a two dimensional spacetime, and also results in muldiple flaws in Einsteinian general relativity as in UFT150B on www.aias.us and many hugely popular essay broadcasts of my work by Robert Cheshire.

3) So in summary only the Nobel Prize committee believes in the Higgs boson, which is the result of laundering data and using so many adjustables that you could produce any result you wanted. The Nobel Prize has been orchestrated therefore at the cost of tens of billions, and is of no use to humankind at all. It will probably help tip Europe into a great depression.

4) You have breached the terms of the Will of Alfred Nobel. A Nobel Prize must be given for the betterment of humankind, not for a wildly expensive fantasy. There are thousands of physicists worthier of the award, which has therefore been devalued to insignificance. There may evolve an international movement to stop the profligate waste of public money at CERN and I call on the British Government to withdraw from CERN. The UFT225 paper was sent to CERN but it was ignored most cynically. This is a sure sign that CERN is ungoverend and that it funds itself. It must therefore be subject to a rigorously impartial international inquiry.

I think that this is full of interest, the clearest way of representing these results would be to use the new code by Horst Eeckardt to compute the transition frequencies from eqs. (39) to (41) of UFT251 and plot then as three bar spectra, one of each type of new spectroscopy. All of this comes out of an entirely standard hamiltonian, but developed with a variation on the same Pauli algebra. The experimentalists in this area could search for the conditions under which these spectra are observable. There should be similar spectra for particle physics and LENR. If these spectra exist they give new types of analytical chemistry, if they cannot be observed experimentally it poses a fundamental paradox for quantum mechanics, because one type of Pauli algebra would give observable results, but a variation on the same Pauli algebra using the same hamiltonian would not give observable results. That would be inconceivable, so I think that these spectra are types of chemical shift spectra, different for each orbital, introducing a new type of spin orbit coupling. These are major and fundamental advances as anyone with expreence in spectroscopy will know.
