RSC Meeting in Tukuba

Many thanks! There have been many thousands of visits from Japanese universities and corporations to www.aias.us since 2002, including all the best ranked universities such as Tsukuba, Tokyo and Kyoto (see attached scientometrics). So leading thinkers in these institutions are already very familiar with ECE theory. A Baconian scientist would accept the fact that in UFT311, the experimental data are reproduced accurately by ECE, and that Maxwell Heaviside fails qualitatively (i.e. completely). The data are reproducible and repeatable, and full details of the circuit are given. So all the criteria of Baconian science are satisfied. Tokyo and Kyoto are among the top twenty in the world in the Webometrics and Times Higher Education rankings, and these appear frequently in the scientometrics. The study from these universities has been sustained for thirteen and a half years daily.

Dear Dr. Evans,

Of course, I would like to mention UFT 311, UFT 321, a paper of cold current by Dr. Lindstrom and ECE theory together as I did at ACS Denver Meeting on March.

Tsukuba University is famous national University in Japan.

Two Japanese top research institutes below co-sponsor the RSC Meeting.

I can’t imagine how shall be the reaction of Japanese scientists.

I haven’t received the schedule of my presentation in detail.

Regards,

Osamu
