Subject: Quaternions in Maxwell’s Original Equations
| In which paper are the quaternions used? They can be related to tetrads. Heaviside simplified and greatly improved this mass of concepts and equations to a simpler and much more powerful format. In order to squeex more infomration out of this, the precise realtion of quaternions ot vectors is needed. Maxwell’s original equations may well be more closely similar to the ECE equations than Heaviside’s. Maxwell was influenced by Faraday ‘s electrotonic state.

Subject: 225(4): Effect of the Weak Field on Atomic and Molecular Spectra
| This note uses a straightforward minimal presciption in the ECE fermion equation to show that the weak nuclear field affects many different types of atomic and molecular spectra and related phenomena such as: the Faraday effect, Zeeman effect, ESR, NMR, MRI, FMR, spin orbit coupling, Thomas precession, and the Darwin effect. The analysis can also be extended to the inverse Faraday effect and radiatively induced fermion resonance. This type of theory can also be used to build an entirely new theory of electroweak interactions without making any claims based on incorrect algebra or concepts. This analysis may also be extended to the gravitational and strong nuclear fields illustrating the power and simplicity of the ECE theory, a generally covariant unified field theory based on standard Cartan geometry.

| By studying the Collyer Bristow solicitors site I see that there is a recognized brand of criminal known as an internet troll, who uses the internet (e.g. a shadow blog) to make abusive derogatory, defamatory and pejorative comments. They are committing a criminal, repeat criminal, offence under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and Article Eight of the European Convention on Human Rights. A court order may be obtained by the police to reveal their identity – a Norwich Pharmacal Order. Section 4 of the Protection from Harassment Act deals with “putting a person in fear of violence” and photographing my house comes under this, because the pseudonym “Lizzie Borden” comes from an axe murderer. So this person has committed a serious crime. It carries five years in prison maximum. A civil injunction may be sought to remove obviously defamatory material. So shadowing a website is a criminal offence. False accusation is also a criminal offence. So a pseudonym such as “Aaron Vee” and “Lizzie Borden” can be revealed. “Lizzie Borden” was involved in photographing my house and in the shadow blog, which comes under the category of hate crime. The police are obliged by law to find the identity of this pseudonym, and also “Aaron Vee”.

| The Higgs boson mythology is easily refuted as in UFT224, so I decided to show how a real physicist would approach an electroweak theory, at zero cost, by demonstrating how the parity violating weak field has an effect on ESR, NMR and Zeeman splitting, without making any stupendous claims. The starting point is the fermion equation with minimal prescription. The same method can be used to show how the gravitational field would have an effect on ESR or NMR. So this will be the subject of UFT225. It is well known that the parity violating weak field causes optical activity in atoms. The minimal prescription is a very useful way of mixing all four fields: electromagnetic, gravitational, and weak and strong nuclear. The fermion equation of UFT172 ff. improves the Dirac equation by removing negative energy.

In its preprint format on www.aias.us the book was a best seller, pleasantly written by the Royal Society Hauksbee Medallist Kerry Pendergast, M. Sc., sometime member of Prof. Sir John Thomas’s group at the Edward Davies Chemical Laboratories, UCW Aberystwyth. I will send this e mail group a web page of the referral file so they can see the impact of Kerry’s book for themselves.

Subject: Measures of Impact
| These are very accurate and comprehensive measures of ECE physics impact since Dec. 2006, the referral file in web page format (this does not go on to the blog), and my analysis of the referral file up to about 2010, totalcitatonssince12-06 attached in pdf format, which does go on to the blog. Since then the referral file has increased by about 50% in size in about two years. It can be seen that all the original background notes to each paper are all read, even though they are handwritten, and all the Omnia Opera papers are read, back to 1973. This analysis also shows that Kerry Pendergast’s book, “The Life of Myron Evans”, was very popular in preprint format. So I expect that the preface will again be very popular when reposted on www.aias.us. The material is accessed via the index on the home page of www.aias.us, which is very heavily used. ECE physics has developed this very accurate system of measuring impact because it rejects standard physics almost entirely. The two schools of physics have evolved into essentially independent subjects. ECE evolved from the determinist school of Einstein and de Broglie. Standard physics evolved from the Copenhagen School of Bohr and Heisenberg. There is much more to physics or natural philosophy than the completely obsolete standard model that makes all the noise. Many professionals think that the latter is no longer physics at all, I would say the great majority of professionals who are so fed up with the CERN Circus. The important thing by far is that people read one’s work, and NOT citations. Obviously the latter are restricted to publications, and no one in standard physics is going to cite ECE physics, that would be citing the devil himself, he who refutes all the theology of standard physics. The primary icon of this theology is the god particle, which Horst and I have just demolished completely in UFT224.

| Thanks for your message, this is an interesting development which may set a precedent across Europe. I have just seen on google that the European Union is going to phase out subsidies for wind turbines so that will greatly reduce the number of turbines. I think that you have already taken the correct course of action in filing a case at the European Court. There is no 90% criterion – this is simply the very large majority of those against the Betws and Mynydd y Gwair developments. I think that ANY over ruled local majority is a violation of human rights, the European Convention on Human Rights, which becomes law in each individual country. The European Convention already derives its precedent from the United Nations. The Hemsby High Court precedent in England and Wales agrees with this personal evaluation of mine – no local majority may be over ruled by some anonymous bureaucrat. This derives its authority from the United States Constitution, the People is Supreme Authority. That principle was taken up by the United Nations in 1945, the People in every Nation is Supreme Authority, not dictators, half elected politicians or bureaucrats. There is the International Court of Justice in The Hague, but that is restricted to filing by Nations. It is possible for individuals and organizations to appeal directly to the United Nations Secretary General. For example I found such an appeal on google signed by many Nobel Laureates and prominent individuals. Your very well organized group and all the anti turbine groups across Europe can combine to appeal to the UN to stop the illegal and wholly unwanted proliferation of wind turbines. However that would not be a judicial review in my personal understanding, and I am not a lawyer, but it would carry the authority of the U. N. As you know there is a European Platform against Wind Turbines organized by Mark Duchamp, with whom I have been in correspondence for some years, and the Liberal Peer Lord Carlisle has launched a campaign against wind turbines in Britain. I take the view that they are a catastrophic blunder in government, there is no global warming as many data show, and carbon dioxide does not cause global warming, as many data show. So gas fired power stations are urgently needed. In my lifelong opinion nuclear is too dangerous. Gas is ten times cheaper than wind, which is totally inefficient. There is also hydro electric and wave power. The consumer will be made to pay for this terrible blunder if gas fired and other power stations are not built very quickly. To phase them out is courting complete economic disaster. In fact any engineer will advise that wind turbines cannot function without back up from gas. So it is very clear that wind turbines are a terrible disaster. I agree that the environment should be clean, but wind turbines destroy the great beauty of nature. If we destroy nature, it will destroy us.

As I have stated before, your blog on the UN/EU violations is very appealing to us and we are willing to pursue this matter. Could you advise us on where to set such an appeal? Where does an individual appeal when a country is not living up to a UN resolution? I have read what I could find on UN 57/1999 resolution, but couldn’t find the 90% criterium. This is especially interesting in our case, as we had a field research done by the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences which proved that 91,5% of inhabitants is against the placing of these windturbines.
