252(2): Magnetizability of Hydrogenic Orbitals

This note uses the new methods developed in UFT250 and UFT251 to develop the theory of the magnetizability of hydrogenic orbitals. The magnetizability is in general a tensor but can be represented by the scalar average of eq. (15). This can be worked out for each hydrogenic orbital by computer algebra. A great deal of new information is emerging from a systematic evaluation of the hamiltonian of the fermion equation, term by term, in this case using the new type of Pauli algebra (2) and (3).
