This is given by eq. (23) where tau is the proper time. This result is of course x dependent and is automatically compatible with special relativity and its Newtonian limit v << c. The result from the erronoeus Einsteinian general relativity is eq. (27), and is compatible with special relativity only in the limit of infinite r. The nature of the lagrangians will be discussed in the next note. Eq. (27) is automatically compatible with all known orbits, notably the precessing elliptical orbit of the solar system, where x is very close to unity.

There must be US and French equivalents. Is it known precisely which companies have gone bankrupt? If so, all the interlinked shell company directors should be disciplined in some way.

July 4th Meeting in Craig Cefn Parc

I will reserve copies of journals and books for GJE – he is of course welcome here any time, as are all others with the exception of certain persons with a penchant for drastic surgery and exclamation. Many thanks as usual for his encouragement and interest. He is a friend of many years, and was effectively my first Ph. D. student at UCW Aberystwyth, Edward Davies Chemical Laboratories, bequested by Lord Davies of Llandinam. He became a post doc of mine, then a University of Wales Fellow and SERC Advanced Fellow in his own right. The AIAS has effectively taken over from where EDLC left off, and AIAS is by far the institute in Wales making the most impact worldwide. Computer feedback is completely objective, very accurate, and comprehensive, and has been accepted as a measure of scientific impact. The formal University of Wales cannot be said to be doing well at all. Its unique federal structure, so carefully constructed at the National Eisteddfod of the late nineteenth century, has been destroyed mindlessly, and its cut up remnants are way down in the world rankings (google). AIAS is number one in the world of its type. What is needed of course is a new Welsh medium University administered by the National Eisteddfod. Dr Graham Hall, also my friend of many years, has learned Welsh to an excellent standard, and gives scientific courses in Welsh. By July 4th I think that issues five and six will have been published. The best and most open kind of refereeing is unprecedented international acclaim, because everything is above board. As in music or literature or the theatrical arts, a work swims or sinks on its merit. If it is good work it will be noticed, if not it will not. ECE has been intensely studied essentially everywhere for about nine years. Recall that the refereeing system of modern science was introduced only in nineteen forty three or so. Before then, there was no formal refereing, and previous generations of some of the greatest scientists got on without it perfectly well. The 1943 ff. refereeing and citation system has been repeatedly and heavily criticised. The run of the mill, mundane, nature of the big prizes is a result of the fact that only a certain type of thinking is allowed. The invisible college is invisible because people are afraid of coming out into the open – afraid of losing their jobs for original thought. That is precisely what happened to me at UNCC, and it also happened to Francis Bacon and all the great thinkers of the past with rare exceptions. To be an original thinker you have to take risks, and daring do.

“Invisible College” – like it. Our school is there but “cloaked” – an aberration in the minds of those who do not want to see it – at least for the time being. This will change soon – I say that now with total confidence. A large number of visitors to the sites see what is happening and must intuitively feel that the developments are monumental (or they would not keep on revisiting). There is lots more to follow.
I will not be able to make the meeting on the 4th Myron because of work commitments that I have not been able to change but will come down to see you soon. The science is fantastic so keep it going.

Best, Gareth

I have found a method of explaining gravitational time dilation without general relativity, using x theory and this will be the subject of UFT223. Modern physics of the standard type has been abandoned by what I describe as “the invisible college” first mentioned in Rosicrucian pamphlets of the early seventeenth century and referenced by Ben Jonson in the conetct of Francis Bacon’s “House of Solomon”. I was referenced in 1646 and 1647 by Robert Boyle as our “philosophical college”, based on the then new idea of experimental investigation. The Royal Society was founded in November 1660 and was based directly on the influence of Francis Bacon. Our contemporary “invisible college” is the vast and unprecedented readership of ECE theory and the AIAS sites: www.aias.us , www.atomicprecision.com, www.upitec.org and www.et3m.net.

Continuing with UFT223

I will start work on this today. The relativistic lagrangian has to be used with the Minkowski metric constrained by the precessing conical sections. For newcomers to this list: as the only Armiger in this area and in my Family now (“Burke’s Peerage and Gentry”, 2011) I have some new duties in society, but of course science is always my primary duty. As Civil List Pensioner I am employed directly by the Head of State, Queen Elizabeth, my distant cousin. Formally, the Pension is a token of the gratitude of the Nation and of the Monarch for services to science (Act of 1837). I have no formal duties as Pensioner, because it is a high honour as well as an appointment by Parliament, but at the same time I have the clear responsibility to ensure that science is kept free from dogma, and above all, free from fraud. This explains recent events and e mailing, and my participation in them. AIAS can be very proud of what it has achieved voluntarily on behalf of science. I have given permission for my own coat of arms to be used as the AIAS coat of arms, and for my own heraldic badge to be used as the heraldic badge of AIAS. They can be put on ties, jackets, headed notepaper, websites, plaques on walls, and similar, exactly in the same way as a University coat of arms and badge. So AIAS is fully recognized at the highest levels in Britain.

The connection of gravitational time dilation with x theory is very interesting, this can give a theoretical foundation of x theory so that it lastly could be derived from torsion and Cartan geometry.
In addition, I am keen to see how a “pure relativistic” effect like time dilation fits to classical Lagrange theory.

Tough New Laws on Interlocked Shell Companies

Subject: Tough New Laws on Interlocked Shell Companies

I have received permission from the relevant editor to post this excellent article from “Sign of the Times” on my blog. In view of the grave issues raised by this article I think that laws on interlocking companies need to be toughened up considerably and I request Companies House to look into the matter immediately with the Companies Investigation Branch, and advise Parliament urgently. I hope that Wall Street and the U. S. Congress will also investigate this case. If several of these interlocked companies have gone bankrupt as this article suggests, then the directors must have been banned and / or fined. The new legislation would ban for life all the directors of all the interlocked companies if one or more of them went bankrupt. In the case of a the huge Government pay out of 350 million pounds needed for Mansion Securities, the directors of that company needed to be made personally responsible. Prison sentences for such a fiasco should be about twenty years to life. This sum of money is much greater than that stolen in the great train robbery for example. Companies going for initial public offers (IPO’s) should come under much closer government scrutiny, and a company that fails to float after an IPO should be fined heavily and struck off. Again the directors should be made personally responsible. A director should be limited to no more than three productive companies at a time, certainly not seventy shell companies producing nothing. All directors on the London Stock Exchange should be British citizens and reside in mainland Britain, so they cannot avoid income tax. Laws should be toughened up on very abusive e mailing by company directors of the type reproduced on Cassiopeia, which alleges some very severe misconduct. Death threats are of course a serious felony and I urge the French police to investigate them immediately and not to take any chances. If they are traced to company directors those responsible should be arrested and banned for life. A lot of money seems to be poured into these shell companies, and no products emerge, even after several years. New legislation would not allow this to happen. The chairman of these companies, Waldyr Rodrigues, should come under investigation by ethical practicies committees of the mathematics profession, and by his university, Campinas. It seems that invitations for him to lecture are already being cancelled. Such shell companies should not be allowed to deceive bona fide scientists with worthless share certificates.

This is form N16A, easily available online. I first distributed it about three weeks ago. I will now proceed to draft an editable Statement of Claim based on my blog. All anti turbine groups in England and Wales are welcome to use my blog to draft up other Statements of Claim in other injunction applications under Sections 38 and 41 of the 2006 Commonland Act (adopted by the Welsh Government 1/4/2012) and the European Convention on Human Rights, essentially the lawful rights to opinion, free speech and participation in government, which together amount to the lawful right to democracy.

Precession Patterns of x Theory

Subject: Precession Patterns of x Theory

To welcome new members of this scientific group the attached fascinating work by Horst Eckardt illustrates the infinite range of mathematical patterns that are emerging from x theory, which in our opinion at AIAS replaces Einsteinian general relativity (EGR). The international acclaim for our work is by now overwhelming (close to twenty million hits). The x theory is very simple and irrefutable, but the computer is essential to find its hidden secrets. So thanks to Horst Eckardt, Ray Delaforce and Gareth Evans, co authors, and to all AIAS. The more staff and students who take up this work, the greater the speed of discovery. We have time ourselves only to scratch the surface, because we have many duties. If there are Mandelbrot fractal experts for example they could draw out many fascianting computer patterns generated by the precessing conical sections with x varied over its full range. In astronomy x ix always close to unity as far as we know. In that case it produces the precessing ellipse. however, that is the tip of a gigantic mountain of new knowledge waiitng to be discovered. When I was professor at IBM Kingston, Mandelbrot and his group were beginning their work at IBM Yorktown Heights, they began to produce all those well known and fascinating patterns of fractals. Now it is known that there are conical section fractals which can be produced by varying x. It could be claimed that cosmology is made up of these fractals.
