There are 23,167 entries of my diary since December 2006. These are all archived by the National Library of Wales and the British Library after being backed up by Michael Jackson and Dave Burleigh. Many thanks to all. Since 1/1/10 they have been viewed 360,562 times in up to 182 countries. In 2015 they were viewed in 138 countries, led by Britain, United States, Japan, Australia, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Slovenia, Canada, France, ……… The diary is not included in my list of sceintific publications, which is a world record by a long way, over 1,600 papers, reviews, books, essays, translations, broadcasts and so on. My popular autobiography and poetry in both languages are not included in my list of scientific publications. All my books are available in the National Library of Wales and all those published in Britain are available in the British Library in London. The three websites have become centrally important to new thought in physics: www.aias.us, www.upitec.org, www.atomicprecision.com, in asociation with Alex Hill’s www.et3m.net. Alex Hill has translated about two hundred UFT papers into Spanish, the book by Laurence Felker, “The Evans Equations of Unified Field Theory” (UFT302) and well over a hundred essays. Robert Cheshire has broadcast well over a hundred essays and other items, and all the translations and broadcasts are also archived at the two National Libraries on www.webarchive.org.uk. It is estimated that of the order of one hundred million A4 pages of my work has been read since 2002 off the websites.

This note defines the Aharonov Bohm (AB) vacuum in ECE2 as Eq. (8). Therefore the well known Chambers experiment can be explained using the new idea of a vacuum vector potential A(vacuum), which exists in regions where there are is no charge current density, and no electric and magnetic fields. Therefore there should exist electron spin resonance and nuclear magnetic resonance in the absence of a magnetic field, ESR and NMR caused by curl A(vacuum). The Aharonov Bohm vacuum is different from the vacuum in which electric and magnetic fields propagate. The ECE2 kappa vector needed to define the latter type of vacuum is calculated and given in Eq. (51). The AB effects are defined in ECE2 by Cartan geometry. The AB effects, phase effects and Aspect experiments were first addressed in ECE in its early stages. Now we progress to ECE2.

The twenty two papers to date of ECE2 theory were written within the last six months or so (after I retired, aged 65, on May 26th 2015) and are being read at the rate of 13,432 times a year at present, led by:

Using keywords orbital precession ECE2 (without inverted commas) brings up UFT325 on the first seven sites of the first page of google, all ahead of wikipedia. Using keywords rigorous quantization hamiltonian brings up UFT333 as the first site on the first page of google. Using keywords development of ECE2 brings up UFT318 as the first three sites of the first page of google. A similar analysis would show a phenomenal impact for the Evans / Morris papers, written in the first six months of 2015, before I retired. Anyone can analyze the impact for themselves with optimal choice of keywords, not too precise, not too vague, for any of my 1,600 plus publications, a world record at present for physics and chemistry. At number two in the silver medal position is Harold Scheraga of Cornell, number three in bronze medal position is John Thomas of Cambridge. Scheraga is in his nineties and Thomas in his mid eighties. So I am a mere strippling, a youngling. These ECE2 papers were all co authored by Horst Eckardt, one with Doug Lindstrom. The scientometrics show that ECE is being read all the time by staff and students at the best universities in the world, (e.g. world’s top twenty universities by webometrics, Times and QS rankings) and this has always been the case. By close monitoring of selected articles in the daily reports it can be seen that the readings steadily increase day by day, a clear indication of permanent interest. The ideas of the standard model are being rejected as they appear by the best minds in the world.
The hate blog and wikipedia troll entry were never effective in any way. There have been no referrals from wikipedia for about a year, and the other site exists only because of the failure of the authorities to trace and arrest the authors. I know that the hate blog is deeply insulting, violently threatening and in general obnoxious. A new New Zealand law has outlawed such activity, so these disgusting people could be arrested if their material reaches New Zealand. Under a New Zealand Court Order the blog could be removed and identities revealed. I might try to take advice from the New Zealand Government on this issue and demand a prosecution of them in a New Zealand Court. It depends which country has jurisdiction, the one in which this electronic cess is received, or the one in which it is written. I am most grateful to Michael Jackson for assembling the de facto evidence of multiple death threats and the New Zealand Government might comment on this.
Scientifically, the trolls have been routed completely, and the obsolete physics out argued. It is important to realize that the hate blog is not science at all, and that the wikipedia article has been totally ignore for several years as being motivated by crude personal animosity. They attacked Cartan geometry and were ignored by the genuine colleagues. Finally on funding, I have spent half my life far below the poverty line, and I am a scientists’s scientist. I cannot be bought by vested interests.

Also, physics professionals simply don’t have time to read through ten years of blog posts, to dig up the basic facts, so they should all be put in one place, for everyone interested to know the basic background.
Creating a short, concise, description, will make ECE the new working theory, for researchers around the world.
You could even put these paragraphs at the top of www.aias.us, instead of burying it on the Overview page.
