Dear Dr Ide,
Pleasure! I can see that the interest in UFT311 is already apparent through the feedback activity to www.aias.us and it is going to be a well studied paper. We all agree that this is a very important paper indicating for the first time accurate agreement between ECE theory and experimental data from circuits. The theory was developed from the spin connection that appears in the generally covariant ECE theory of classical electrodynamics unified with gravitation and the weak and strong fields (www.aias.us, www.upitec.org, www.atomicprecision.com, www.et3m.net, www.webarchive.org.uk). The spin connection does not appear in the Maxwell Heaviside theory of special relativity. The role of the spin connection and the ECE vacuum has been developed considerably by Dr. Horst Eckardt and Dr. Douglas Lindstrom in the Eckardt / Lindstrom papers, UFT292 to UFT299. The ECE vacuum is the key to energy from spacetime in your excellent experimental work and in low energy nuclear reactors (LENR) (UFT226 ff.). There is an unlimited source of clean electric power in the ECE vacuum. In my opinion these devices should be developed and marketed as soon as is humanly possible. Conventional fossil fuel causes pollution and wind turbines are an obvious failure.
Cordially Yours,
Myron Evans.

Dear Dr. Evans,
Thank you for your email.
I was very surprised to see the paper of Dr. Eckardt and Kurt.
The experimental data and the theoretical calculation are remarkably coincident.
My theory of EMF function is just a deduced hypothesis from the result of my experiment.
I don’t know why it is. I know I need some theory to derive from different physical rule.
I suppose Dr. Eckardt succeeded it from ECE.
The presentation of my three papers at ACS were depending on the review of AIAS fellows,
Franklin, Dr. Eckardt, Simon, Dr. Lindstrom and you.
Especially, Franklin has not only introduced me to AIAS but also he came to Washington D.C. to see my presentation at SPESIF 2012 Conference.
I appreciate all.
Best regards,
Osamu Ide
